Expanded Polystyrene Recycling System "Haimelz Method (HM Solvent)"
A recycling system that quickly reduces the volume of waste polystyrene and transforms it into a gel-like state.
The "Haimelz Method" is a system that incorporates expanded polystyrene into HM solvent, rapidly reducing its volume and transforming it into a gel-like state. The gel-like polystyrene resin is separated at the plant, and the solid pellets can be utilized as various products and also as energy. When burned, it can yield a heat output comparable to that of heavy oil. The dry distillation solvent separated at the polystyrene resin recycling plant is reborn as HM solvent at the refining factory. 【Features】 ■ All 70 kg of expanded polystyrene can be reduced in volume with 70L of HM solvent in a drum ■ Cost reduction and reduced environmental impact ■ Easy space-saving and prolonging the life of disposal sites ■ Does not discriminate against types of expanded polystyrene ■ Clear system and resource utilization *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
